schade das für die kleine demo vorm rathaus ( klo schüssel aktion )zur letzten stadtratssitzung keine werbung gemacht wurde - da hätte man sich doch ein bischen unterstützung von interessierten

es ist ein skandal wie hier gegen den willen des bürgers entschieden wird. der stadtrat als vertretung des willens der bürgerschaft hat eindeutig ein “hinwirken” auf die umsetzung des exka mit dem stadtratsbeschluss intendiert. was nun passiert ist nichts geringeres als eine farce, die es zu skandalisieren nicht lohnt, ist die sache an sich doch schon unsagbar. ich hoffe nur, dass medien von den geschehnissen und dieser m.E. trefflichen pressemitteilung ausreichend notiz nehmen, um die kritische gegenöffentlichkeit zu stärken.

Der öffentliche Druck wird wohl darüber entscheiden, ob die Sache im “Verwaltungsapparat versandet” oder ob Verwaltung/GGG noch einsichtig wird.

Ohne eine breite Unterstützung der Bürger und/oder der Stadträte sieht es eher schlecht.

Die Sanierungsabrede der GGG mit einigen Eigetümern des Viertels ist meines Erachtens jedenfalls nicht bindend wirksam, da sie eindeutig gegen den Stadtratsbeschluss verstößt.
